Outlook for 2021 – my simplicist and minimalist journey

outlook 2021 - Andre Schütz - simplicitytogo

Let’s be fair.

2020 was hard. It was energy-sapping and for some of us also very sad.

But life goes on and I hope for all of us, that the drugs against Covid will help to reduce this virus.

Personally, I started my journey as simplicist and minimalist in 2020. But already before, I informed myself about these topics.

After my first three conscious months I can say – it is great.

Journey started in October

In October, I consciously started my journey and created this blog. During the last months, I wrote my first essays for you and created the first YouTube videos about these topics.

During the next year, I plan more essays and videos that will help all of us to start successfully and with some helpful insights.

If you have some ideas or questions, just write me or create a comment below the videos on YouTube.

2 books in progress

I am working on two books. The current one is my fantasy novel. I started the novel in 2018 and made a break in 2019. This year I restarted and adapted the first chapters. When I finish this first draft, I will first rewrite my second book.

The second one is a non-fictional book about sleep problems and how to get into sleep more easily. I personally had these problems and found a way that works really well for me.

Creating a software for minimalists

I am a software developer. Therefore, I thought about an application that can help minimalists to reduce their unwanted papers and find easier the information that are relevant for them.

Currently I am thinking about the context and how to implement the functionalities. I plan to do this in 2021.

Comic or another children’s book

Last but not least. I think about a comic that covers topics of simplicity and minimalism. I love comics and already created 3 children’s books.

It depends on the time that I will have during the next year. May be, I will skip the comic and think about another children’s book.

But this last project is not sure. You can only work, if you have time for it.

See ya.
