Memory Palace technique for remembering everything (video)

memory palace / mind palace - simplicitytogo - Andre Schütz

Our brain is a fantastic machine which helps us to distinguish between redundant and important information.

The really important ones go into our long-time memory and we can access them whenever we want (at least as long as we have not forgotten them).

But sometime, the amount of information is to large or the information is important for us, but is not that relevant that we want to hold it for long.

In such situations, the memory palace technique can help us to remember nearly every information.

How that?

Let me explain in the video.

You will learn:

  • What is the memory palace technique?
  • How can we create our own memory palace?
  • Finally, an example that you can use as a starting point.

As always, I would be thankful if you follow me on my YouTube account or on Instagram and hope to see a lot of questions and comments.
